129 False or misleading information
A person must not, for the purposes of this Act, give the Commissioner, an authorised officer or another person engaged in the administration of this Act, whether orally or in writing, information or a document that the person knows to be false or misleading in a material particular.Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
