This collection, covering the period 1896-1958, consists mostly of bills that were printed but not introduced into Parliament at the close of a particular session. Some of the bills were introduced but then lapsed and some were introduced and subsequently passed in a later session. They are often stamped as being a ‘rough draft for consideration only’ and some contain explanatory notes.
